Shoes are incredibly hard to predict. I just bought her some shoes on sale at TCP and they are 10's. They look huge, lol. winter after my ds turned 1 (so he would have been 18 months-ish) his feet grew 2.5 sizes over the winter. Poor kid had no boots, I couldn't even force his feet into the ones I had bought at the beginning of the season. I generally do is to buy a size or two up from where they are. For sandals I wouldn't even try. Casual/everyday shoes I definitely do. I live in MI more information and our season for wearing sandals is short.
